Q: What do you include in the prices shown on Gretopia?

Our goal is to make searching for travel as transparent as possible. That's why prices shown on Gretopia always include an estimate of all taxes and charges, including any fees charged by online travel agencies.The final price you pay for your tickets may change because of additional options offered by the provider, such as luggage, seat allocation or travel insurance.Sometimes a travel provider might charge more for certain payment methods. However, the price shown on Gretopia should always include a free option (usually it’s the most popular card in your country). Q: When I get redirected to a provider’s website the currency is different

Gretopia lets you choose any currency you like to view prices and compare flights, but some airline and travel agent websites will only show their prices or allow payment in a limited number of currencies. If these flights are shown on Gretopia, you should be able to book them. Please bear in mind that if you pay for a flight in a currency that’s different from the currency your bank or card issuer uses, the currency conversion will be done by your bank or credit card company. They may use a different exchange rate to Gretopia, and may charge commission. You should contact your bank if you want to find out about the exchange rate that will apply to you.

Q: How can I contact Gretopia?

We're here to make sure you get the help you need – but how to get it depends what your question is about. If you have a question about a booking, you'll need to know who sold you the travel – they will have all the info you need and will be able to help you. Not sure who you bought your travel from? Check your credit card statement to see who charged your card.

The Calendar feature allows you to view the cheapest prices across a month or even the cheapest month in the whole year – so can be really handy for finding the best deals. How do I find the Low fare calendar feature? On our desktop and mobile websites you can find Calendar view by clicking the "Show Calendar". Prices on the Calendar feature It's worth noting that all prices on the month feature are estimated only. It works by storing any prices other users have found for a specific route and dates over the past 8 days. The more searches people do for a given route, the more accurate the data Gretopia can show.For this reason, the prices that you see on the Calendar feature are intended as a guide only, but we always update the prices to get you the most recent fares available from the airlines and travel agents once you choose your specific travel dates and proceed to the results page.As flight tickets and availability are constantly changing, the price on the results page might be different from the one you previously saw on the month view, but we hope you still find the tool useful nonetheless as a guide.

Q: Business, First or Premium class tickets

When you search for specific dates and locations, you can choose the class of ticket you want to see results for. Just choose the class you’re interested in from the Passengers/Class drop-down menu, and click search! You will see results for one class at a time, so if you want to change the class you are viewing, simply change this in the drop-down menu and search again.

Q: A bunch of us are going on a trip together - How do i book a flight for a large group?

Currently Gretopia can search for a maximum of nine passengers at a time. That said, Gretopia can still help you locate the best itineraries for your group. We suggest you find the flight you wish to purchase by completing a search at Gretopia.com and then contacting the airline directly to discuss group trips.

Q: I'm looking to visit several different places on this trip. Can i book a flight that goes to more than one city?

We've got you covered. When you're on the Gretopia Flghts Results page, select 'Multi-City route' above the search bar before you perform your search. This will allow you to search for a flight with up to 7 different legs.

Q: Can I book a flight for another person?

If you wish to pay for someone else's flight, you can certainly do so. However, you'll need to make sure when entering the passenger's details that the name you put on the ticket matches the traveller's ID exactly - a simple typo could prevent them from flying. Also, be aware that many airlines charge a substantial change fee to correct any mistakes should any information need to be edited after the ticket has been booked.

Q: Can I search for a flight for me and my child?

When searching for flights on Gretopia flights, you can select the number of children and infant passengers via the traveller drop-down menu.
