Frequently asked questions

Yes, all the information on the car booking pages is up to date and accurate. High deposits are typical for international network rentals. We cooperate with local companies whose terms are much more loyal to customers.

When picking up your car, you will need a passport, a national driver’s license (an IDP is optional), and a rental car voucher, which you receive after paying for the order (can be in electronic form).

In Montenegro, Georgia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece and Cyprus, a valid driver’s domestic license is sufficient; an IDP is not required.

CDW does not cover damages to the windows, wheels, and undercarriage of the car. That is, in case of damage to these parts, the renter will have to compensate for the full cost of repair. SuperCDW extends the coverage of the standard CDW to these parts and allows you to avoid high repair costs.

Yes, you can. To do this, select the desired pick-up city and drop-off city in the appropriate fields during your search. This option is called “Delivery”. Its cost will be immediately specified in the car booking page.

When booking, you pay an advance amount of 15-20% of the rental price, and you pay the rest when you pick up the car.

The rental companies whose cars are presented on our website undertake to provide their customers with the vehicles they booked. However, in rare cases, they can offer a similar or higher class vehicle. This happens rarely and is always decided in favour of the client. For example, Toyota Yaris can be replaced by Toyota Corolla (higher class) if Yaris is damaged by the previous renter in an accident.

Yes, child safety seats are provided without fail.

Yes, surely. Please select the “Additional driver” service in the car booking page. When you pick up the car, the company’s agent will include the details of both drivers in the rental agreement.

When picking up the car, you should read carefully and sign the rental agreement. In the acceptance certificate, you must specify all the damages that are present on the vehicle and the level of fuel in the tank. We recommend taking pictures of the car from all sides plus photos of the places with visible damages on the body. When returning the vehicle, these pictures will help clarify the nature of the damages specified in the certificate.

You must inform the rental company about the planned crossing of state borders. And you do not need to tell them about your travelling within the country. But it would be reasonable to ask the local agent about the condition of the roads and the best routes in the areas you are going to visit.

First of all, you need to contact the rental company employee and describe the situation. The contact details are specified in the voucher and the rental agreement! You can take other actions or call other people only after speaking to the rental company employee who will help you get out of this situation with the least loss.

The car must be returned with the same amount of fuel in the tank it was delivered with. If the level of fuel is lower, you pay the difference at the rates of car rental company. If the level of fuel is higher, you are not compensated for the difference.

Each country has its own age and driving experience requirements for renters. Such requirements are defined by insurance companies that insure rental cars in this country. On average, the renter’s minimum age is 22, and the minimum driving experience is 2 years. The driving experience starts from the date of obtaining a driver’s license. But sometimes exceptions are possible. For example, if only one of these requirements is not met. In any case, contact us at [email protected] and tell us your age, driving experience and which car and for what dates you want to book. We will try to find a car for you.
